Hi!
Wondering if you could help/advice me.. I bought some strawberries from your farm some years ago, and loved it!
Well, I’m hoping to bring my kids for some “strawberry picking”, my daughter’s birthday the coming weekend!
Could you advise if your farms offer “strawberry picking”, or, are there any farms around Auckland that allows this???

Thanks for your question.
Some of our group do have ‘pick your own’. This is done in January towards the end of the season.
The reason for not doing it all season is that unfortunately if you have groups of people going through the strawberry beds during the season there ends up being quite a bit of damage and then those areas are not suitable for ‘commercial harvest’.
At the end of the season growers drop blocks out of production and then allow PYO.
As far as I know there aren’t any dedicated PYO that go all season.
I will talk the the group about when they will start and put up a post about dates, places and times.

Hi, PYO strawberries are now available at 142 Sunnyside Rd, Coatsville (Off the Coatsville Riverhead Highway) Auckland. 9am to 5pm daily, seven days.
